The Marriage Allowance is a tax relief available to share between civil partners and spouses. It allows either partner to transfer £1060 of their £10600 annual personal allowance to the other civil partner or spouse.

Do You Qualify?
You may be eligible for the marriage allowance if:
- both partner’s income is between £10,601 and £42,385
- both partners were born on or after 6 April 1935
- both partners are entitled to a personal allowance
